Exchanges and EU Right of Withdrawal

Exchanges: For exchanges, please return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item after your return is accepted.

EU Customers: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of the goods.

Refunds

Processing: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about the approval of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Lifetime Warranty Products with a lifetime warranty are eligible for a refund when our team agrees with the reason for the refund and the supporting evidence.
