    Shipping Policy

    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, after it's processed you receive the email confirmation of your order. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

    Beauty-Brow aims to deliver all products within 6-10 business days. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    In some rare circumstances, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Beauty-Brow is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you have not received your order within 15 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@beauty-brow.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Orders may be returned by Beauty-Brow for various reasons, including failed payment, incorrect address, failure to pick up the order at the post office, etc. In the event that an order is canceled (and refunded), the customer will be contacted.

    Special additional clearance fees and/or import duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.


    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    Orders can only be canceled or modified within the first 12 hours after they have been placed. After this 12-hour window, any requests for cancellation or modification may be rejected. If you encounter any issues with your order or notice any errors in the shipping address immediately after checkout, please contact us at support@beauty-brow.com.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF I PROVIDE AN UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS?
    It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. Beauty-Brow cannot be held responsible for orders that are not delivered due to an undeliverable address provided during checkout. If an undeliverable address is provided, the order may not be delivered to the intended location, and all associated costs will be the buyer's responsibility. If you realize there is an error in the shipping address after completing the checkout process, it is your responsibility to inform RetroWave within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@ beauty-brow.com.
